Merchant Spotlight: Santorini

Opened more than 30 years ago, Santorini is best known for their incredible seafood offerings. Their dishes are brought to life with their secret “Santorini Sauce” and use of real charcoals, which create a distinct and unique flavor. While they specialize in seafood, from octopus and calamari to traditional Greek baccalao and wild black sea bass, they also serve other Greek classics, such as gyros and moussaka. Santorini is located at 800 W. Adams Street and is open Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
