Summer Concert Itinerary

Planning to see one of the many amazing artists performing at the United Center this summer? Turn the concert into a fun evening out with dinner and drinks in Greektown beforehand! Greektown is only minutes from the United Center and is filled with great restaurants and nightlife options perfect for making an evening out of your show. If driving, some of Greektown’s restaurants also have free valet. Check out a few options below!

• Santorini Restaurant: If you want to feel like you’re in Greece, stop for dinner at Santorini and enjoy the décor inspired by the country’s blue seas and black sandy beaches. Santorini has been a staple in Chicago’s Greektown neighborhood for over 20 years and is best known for their seafood dishes. They’re perfect for an authentic Greek dinner before catching a concert. Santorini is located at 800 W. Adams Street.
• Nine Muses: If you’re just looking to grab a drink or two before or after the show, cool down from the summer heat with a refreshing cocktail at Nine Muses. The bar & grill is a great place to relax and chat in a laidback and authentic environment. Nine Muses is located at 315 S. Halsted Street.
• Greek Gyros: If you’re in a rush before the concert but still need a bite to eat, Mr. Greek Gyros is the perfect place to stop! The restaurant combines convenience, fast service, and authentic Greek food. It’s also a great spot if you need a late dinner after the show. Mr. Greek Gyros is located at 234 S. Halsted Street.
• Crowne Plaza: If you’re in from out of town or simply looking for a staycation after the concert, the newly-renovated Crowne Plaza is a great hotel option. The modern and elegant hotel is just steps away from the amazing flavors of Greektown and still within close proximity to the United Center. Crowne Plaza is located at 733 West Madison Street.
