IDA Conference visits Greektown

Earlier this month, Greektown had the honor of giving tour of our amazing neighborhood to participants of The International Downtown Association’s Annual Conference held at the Palmer House. The conference gathers nearly 1,400 global neighborhood leaders who convene and discuss emerging trends in place management in hopes to return to their cities with solutions. Nearly 40 neighborhood representatives traveled to Greektown where they learned about our beautiful public art, visited the National Hellenic Museum, and snapped some shots in front of Greektown banners before bringing back some baklava from Artopolis. We’re proud it was a success and hope to see many of the neighborhood-shaping leaders from cities across the world come and visit Greektown again.
