Merchant Spotlight: Spectrum Bar and Grill
Spectrum Bar and Grill (233 S. Halsted) has been serving the Greektown community with delicious food and drinks for 25 years. Known for some of their traditional Greek delicacies, such as flaming saganaki, fried calamari, and souvlaki pita sandwiches, they also specialize in other fare, including pizza, paninis, chicken wings, burgers, and more. Late night diners are in luck because Spectrum serves food until 3:00 a.m. daily (and 4:00 a.m. on Saturdays). Every Friday and Saturday evening, enjoy live music starting at 9:00 p.m. The live performers change every week, from acoustic, jazz and funk to many other genres. They also offer a special each night, including $2 souvlaki sticks on Thursdays. Spectrum is perfect for a bite to eat with family or a fun evening out with friends.
