Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras Visits the National Hellenic Museum

Alexis Tsipras, Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic, was guest of honor at a reception hosted by the Greek Consul General Polyxeni Petropoulou at the National Hellenic Museum last month. The Prime Minister gave remarks on behalf of Greece regarding the United States’ help and gratitude towards their nation. The National Hellenic team hosted the Prime Minister and gave him an extensive tour of the museum and Greektown. Tsipras was very impressed by the different exhibits in the museum, along with the neighborhood itself. This was the Prime Minister’s first trip to Chicago and it’s safe to say, he’ll be back for a visit soon!
